Cream Charger Wholesale Order Confirmation Checklist

A final review for professional buyers before approving a cream charger order for foodservice or authorised distribution.

Crown Gas 2000 g cream charger for a wholesale order confirmation checklist
Check the exact product reference and net fill against the approved quotation.

An order confirmation should make it clear what is being supplied, where it is going and which documents and receiving conditions apply. A short final review helps UK and European foodservice buyers avoid mismatches between an enquiry, a quotation and the goods-in record.

Confirm the exact product

Match the brand, product name, net fill, packaging and equipment reference to the approved quotation. Keep formats separate: Cream Deluxe 666 g, FastGas 670 g, Exotic Whip 2 kg and Crown Gas catalogue formats should not be combined under one generic description.

Confirm the commercial quantity

Check the number of units, cases and pallets independently. If a quotation includes a mixed-format order or multiple delivery locations, record the allocation for each site. The estimated repeat volume should be shown separately from the quantity approved for the current order.

Final order review
  • Exact brand, format and net fill
  • Units, cases, pallets and any site allocation
  • Buyer company and professional culinary use
  • Delivery country, postcode and receiving contact
  • Product, safety and transport documents to be supplied
  • Agreed quotation reference and approval date

Review destination and transport assumptions

Ask the supplier and freight partner to confirm the actual destination, route, labelling and receiving conditions. UK and individual European markets may have different import, transport and goods-in requirements. Keep those assumptions with the order confirmation rather than relying on a general regional statement.

Check documents before release

Confirm which product specification, safety, food-grade and transport documents are available for the order. The buyer should also confirm who will retain the documents and who will record the shipment at goods-in.

Record changes in writing

If the format, quantity, destination or delivery window changes after quotation, request a revised confirmation. Do not rely on an informal message when the change affects the product reference, transport route or receiving process.

Use the confirmation for the next order

After delivery, compare the product label, net fill, quantity and visible packaging with the approved confirmation. Record discrepancies and update the next purchasing brief with actual usage and receiving notes. This creates a more reliable repeat-order process.
